A computer mouse that feels like a puppy’s paw when you press it

mouse cat

(From Lost at e Minor) Inventors in Japan have created a computer mouse with a pad that simulates the feeling of pressing the gentle, precious paw of a six-month-old puppy or kitten.

Called the ‘Pnitty Mouse’, the device is shaped like a paw and comes with five pink pads. Whenever you feel stressed at work, just turn it over and press. You’ll instantly feel the euphoric, comforting handshake of your dog or cat (if your cat allows handshakes, that is).

It’s currently crowdfunding on Japanese site ‘Makuake’, having raised almost $3000 out of the $9000 goal (as of writing). Campaign supporters will receive a Pnitty Mouse with an extra central paw pad, which you could place anywhere you’d like, be it on your doorbell or on your steering wheel’s horn.

You can find out more about the campaign here.
